Exchange/return of an item
Do you want to return the entire order or a number of items? That is of course possible. You can return unused, undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The costs and risk for the return are for the account of the buyer. You can choose which courier you use. Always ask for a proof of shipping, in case a package is unexpectedly lost.
If you return items, we also request that you notify us in advance by email, just to be sure. Then we are informed. A short email will suffice.
When sending, please include the packing slip or a note with the order number, so that we know who the package comes from. Once we have received the items, the amount will be credited.
We kindly ask you not to send items to the address in Rotterdam, but to the address below.

As soon as we have received the items, you will receive a confirmation of the credit by e-mail. The amount will be credited to your account within 2 to 3 days. If you have not received confirmation or credit after a week that the items have been sent, please contact us (info@qinibyclark.com).
If an item or more items are not as desired, wrong or damaged upon receipt, please contact us by email info@qinibyclark.com or via WhatsApp 06-46741603. You help us a lot by sending a photo.
